Belmont Partners announced today the formation of The Reverse Merger Association of America (RMAA), a reverse merger trade association for professionals and entities engaged in the business of reverse mergers and alternative methods for going public. The Association's core mission is to offer members a unified organization to advocate for the advancement and legitimacy of the reverse merger industry, and empower members with an industry-wide information forum, and extensive networking, educational and development opportunities.
