Tri-State Title & Escrow is an established settlement company serving the Virginia, Maryland and District of Columbia metro area. Tri-State provides real estate settlement services in addition to escrow services for private placements and company mergers. Tri-State offers attorney and agent closings utilizing state-of-the-art technology including electronic settlement documents. Tri-State is an authorized agent for Chicago Title Insurance Company.
