Belmont Partners was a Featured Presenter at the IQPC 3rd PIPEs Summit

WASHINGTON, VA - Brad Barnes, Chief Operating Officer and Hadi Aboukhater, Business Development Manager of Belmont Partners, LLC were guest speakers at the 3rd PIPEs Summit at the Princeton Club in New York City sponsored by IQPC, on July 18-19, 2007. Mr. Barnes and Mr. Aboukhater both spoke on a panel addressing Alternative Public Offerings (APO's). The discussion focused on the process of raising capital through PIPE funding while simultaneously going public through a reverse merger. Unique perspectives were offered on the mechanics of the transaction and current methodology used by industry players to successfully execute these deals. Additionally, Joseph Meuse, founder and President of Belmont Partners, LLC conducted a reverse merger workshop on finding the right public shell vehicle.
