Joseph Meuse is a Guest Speaker at the 2nd Pipes Summit

Joseph Meuse, founder and President of Belmont Partners, LLC, was a guest speaker at the 2nd PIPES Summit in Florida sponsored by IQPC, on January 11, 2007. Mr. Meuse spoke on a panel addressing reverse mergers. The panel discussed the dramatic convergence of Private Investment in Public Equity (PIPEs) and reverse mergers, as well as the advantages and challenges of completing PIPEs in conjunction with reverse mergers. According to Mr. Meuse, "As small cap IPOs are less frequent, growing businesses are now looking to reverse mergers as the primary mechanism for raising equity capital. Mr. Meuse stated, There is a clear trend toward private placements as the financing method of choice for smaller companies going public. Belmont Partners is in the best position to provide both the quality public vehicle which will fit the unique needs of the issuer, as well as assistance with the capital formation process.
