Reverse Merger Association of America (RMAA) Formation Announced by Belmont Partners

Belmont Partners announced today the formation of The Reverse Merger Association of America (RMAA), a reverse merger trade association for professionals and entities engaged in the business of reverse mergers and alternative methods for going public. The Association's core mission is to offer members a unified organization to advocate for the advancement and legitimacy of the reverse merger industry, and empower members with an industry-wide information forum, and extensive networking, educational and development opportunities. With reverse mergers on the rise and an increasing number of firms and professionals involved in reverse mergers on various levels, there is an immense need for a collective association to successfully champion this cause. Investment Bankers, Attorneys, Accountants, Investor Relations firms, Broker Dealers, as well as other reverse merger professionals will benefit greatly from membership in the Reverse Merger Association of America.
