Joseph Meuse is Founder and President of Belmont Partners, an international financial consulting firm and leading provider of public shell vehicles for use in reverse merger transactions. He is co-owner of PacWest, LLC, a registered stock transfer agency representing 100 publicly traded issuers, and is a Principal in Global Filings, an Edgarizing Company. Mr. Meuse has over 13 years of financial management and advisory experience.

William Luckman has 15 years of traditional banking and finance experience. Mr. Luckman served on the board of a dozen public and private companies, including firms in finance, information technology, health and fitness, marketing, banking, and real estate. He has completed over 40 transactions on behalf of the firm since early 2006. His role with Belmont Partners includes executive insight, business development, lecturing, and consulting on the firm's behalf.

Hadi Aboukhater has 13 years of experience as an executive with fast growing companies. An early success included the management of Link-VTC, a video conferencing company which, with limited startup capital, sold for nearly $20 million within 24 months of inception. Mr. Aboukhater's business experience includes development and management of sales and operational teams in communications and related information technology companies. His career has included managing revenues and budgets of eight figures. Recently, his professional experience expanded to real estate and finance. His role with Belmont Partners is business development. Mr. Aboukhater is a graduate of the University of San Diego.

Matthew Tsou has lived and worked inside the People's Republic of China since 2003. In China, Mr. Tsou has worked closely with various Chinese factories through joint ventures, providing logistical support, quality control, customer relations, and operations management. Mr. Tsou is currently based in Shanghai; his role with Belmont Partners focuses on business development in the P.R.C. Mr. Tsou is a graduate of Towson University, speaks Mandarin as a second language.

Chris Dobbins is General Counsel to Belmont Partners, an international financial consulting firm and leading provider of public shell vehicles for use in reverse merger transactions. His role at Belmont Partners includes oversight and direction of legal affairs for the firm, including contract drafting and negotiation, coordination and direction of outside counsel, and oversight of corporate structure, sales, and general employment law matters. Mr. Dobbins is a graduate of Wake Forest University and the University of Richmond School of Law. He earned a Master of Laws in Securities and Financial Regulation from the Georgetown University Law Center.

Joseph Day has been developing business in the manufacturing, information technology and financial services industries both domestically and internationally for 17 years. Mr. Day’s business experience includes sales management, management consulting, marketing and training. His career has included managing revenues and budgets of seven figures. Mr. Day’s role with Belmont Partners is business development in the Americas. Mr. Day holds a BA from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and an International MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
